What it is

Polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone is a dimethicone carrying polyglycerin-3 groups and branched siloxane side chains, which give it both water-loving and silicone-loving parts. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning and skin-conditioning ingredient.

Where it is used

Found in creams, foundations, sunscreens and other emulsions.
