A polyglycerol ester used as an emulsifier.
What it is
Polyglyceryl-4 caprate is an ester of a polyglycerol (on average four glycerol units) and capric acid. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying surfactant.
Where it is used
Used in micellar waters, cleansing oils, toners, creams and natural cosmetics.
