What it is
Polymethylsilsesquioxane is a silicone polymer formed by hydrolysis and condensation of methyltrimethoxysilane, usually used as fine spherical particles. CosIng lists it as an opacifier.
Where it is used
Used in powders, foundations, primers, sun care products and creams with a matte finish.
