Polymethylsilsesquioxane/trimethylsiloxysilicate is, according to CosIng, the product of the reaction of polymethylsilsesquioxane, a crosslinked silicone resin, with trimethylsiloxysilicate, another silicone resin. CosIng does not report a cosmetic function for it.
