A silicone resin used as a film former.
What it is
Polypropylsilsesquioxane is a silicone resin formed by hydrolysis and condensation of propyltrichlorosilane. CosIng lists it as a film-forming agent.
Where it is used
Found in long-wear lipsticks, foundations, mascaras and other makeup.
