What it is
Polyquaternium-113 belongs to the polyquaternium group, polymers carrying positively charged quaternary ammonium groups. Polyquaternium names are numbered in order of assignment and do not describe the structure, and CosIng gives no further description. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning ingredient.
