A synthetic cationic copolymer used as a film former and antistatic.
What it is
Polyquaternium-28 is a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and methacrylamidopropyltrimonium chloride, a cationic polymer. CosIng lists it as an antistatic and film-forming ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in a small number of products, such as hair styling and hair care products.
