What it is
Polysilicone-11 is a cross-linked silicone polymer made from cyclic and linear dimethylsiloxanes, methyl hydrogen siloxanes and vinyl-terminated dimethylsiloxanes. CosIng lists its function as film forming.
Where it is used
Found in primers, foundations, face creams and sunscreens, usually as part of a silicone gel.
