What it is
Polysilicone-19 is, according to CosIng, a silicone polymer made by reacting glycidoxy dimethicone with 4-methoxycinnamic acid, cocamidopropyl dimethylamine and lactic acid. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Appears on the ingredient lists of a small number of products.
Limits of interpretation

The INCI name does not show the molecular weight of the polymer.
