What it is
Polyurethane-34 is a complex synthetic polymer formed in a multi-step reaction from a polyester of hexanediol, neopentyl glycol and adipic acid and further components. CosIng lists it as a binder.
Where it is used
Found in mascaras, makeup, sun care products and hair styling products.
