A synthetic polyurethane based on polytetrahydrofuran, used as a film former.
What it is
Polyurethane-64 is, according to CosIng, a urethane copolymer made in several steps: isophorone diisocyanate is reacted with a mixture of polytetrahydrofurans (polybutylene glycols), the product is reacted with 4,4'-methylenebis(cyclohexylamine), and the remaining isocyanate groups are finally reacted with ethanol. CosIng lists it as a film-forming ingredient.

Limits of interpretation
The INCI list shows which ingredients are present, not how much of each. Above 1%, ingredients are listed in descending order of weight; below 1% the order is free.
The INCI name does not show the molecular weight.
