What it is
Polyvinylcaprolactam is the homopolymer of N-vinylcaprolactam (1-ethenylhexahydro-2H-azepin-2-one). CosIng lists it as a film-forming and hair-fixing ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in hair sprays, styling gels, mousses and other styling products.
