What it is
PPG-15-buteth-20 is the butyl ether of a copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, containing on average 15 propylene oxide and 20 ethylene oxide units. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning, skin-conditioning and solvent ingredient.
