What it is
PPG-2-deceth-30 is a polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether of decyl alcohol, with an average of 2 propylene oxide and 30 ethylene oxide units. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying and cleansing surfactant.
Where it is used
Found in cleansers, shampoos, micellar waters and other water-based products.
