A light emollient ester.
What it is
Propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate is a mixture of diesters of propylene glycol with caprylic and capric acids. CosIng lists its function as emollient.
Where it is used
Found in creams, lotions, sunscreens, makeup and body oils.
