What it is
Rosa centifolia flower water is an aqueous solution of the steam distillate obtained from the flowers of the cabbage rose, Rosa centifolia, of the rose family (Rosaceae). CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning and skin-protecting ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in toners, face mists, cleansers, creams and other rose-scented products.
