What it is
Rosa rugosa flower extract is an extract of the flowers of the rugosa rose (Japanese rose), Rosa rugosa. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Found in creams, toners, serums, masks and scented body care products.

The INCI list shows which ingredients are present, not how much of each. Above 1%, ingredients are listed in descending order of weight; below 1% the order is free.
The CosIng description names Rosa rubiginosa, a different rose species, so the source data are not fully consistent; the INCI name does not reveal the extraction method.
