What it is
Sambucus nigra flower water is the aqueous solution of the steam distillate obtained from the flowers of elder, Sambucus nigra, a type of hydrolate. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in toners, face mists, creams and other water-based products.
