What it is
Trideceth-9 PG-amodimethicone is an amino-functional silicone (amodimethicone) linked through a propylene glycol unit to trideceth-9, a polyethylene glycol ether of tridecyl alcohol with on average 9 ethylene oxide units. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning and skin-conditioning ingredient.
