What it is
Triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone is a silicone (dimethicone) modified with polydimethylsiloxyethyl side chains and triethoxysilylethyl groups. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Appears on the ingredient lists of a small number of products, such as makeup and skin care products.
