What it is
Undaria pinnatifida cell culture extract is an extract of a cell culture suspension of Undaria pinnatifida, the brown seaweed known as wakame. The cells are grown in a culture medium rather than harvested from the sea. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning and skin-conditioning ingredient.
