What it is
Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer is a crosslinked silicone polymer built from vinyl dimethicone, methicone and silsesquioxane units. CosIng lists it as viscosity controlling.
Where it is used
Used in primers, foundations, creams, sun care products and powders.
