What it is
VP/Eicosene Copolymer is a synthetic polymer of vinylpyrrolidone and eicosene. CosIng lists it for binding, film forming and viscosity control.
Where it is used
Found in sunscreens, mascaras, long-wear foundations, lipsticks and other products where a flexible film on skin or lashes is wanted.
