A film-forming polymer used for hold in hair styling.
What it is
VP/VA Copolymer is a synthetic copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and vinyl acetate. CosIng lists it for binding, film forming and hair fixing.
Where it is used
Found in hair gels, mousses, styling sprays, mascaras, eyeliners and some skin care products.
