Qué es
El agar es un polisacárido que se obtiene de ciertas algas rojas. CosIng lo clasifica como aglutinante, fragancia y regulador de la viscosidad.
Dónde se utiliza
Se usa en geles, mascarillas, cremas, limpiadores y pastas de dientes.
Límites de la interpretación
