Qué es
El isomalt es una mezcla obtenida por tratamiento enzimático de la sacarosa, formada principalmente por dos polioles (glucopiranosil-glucitol y glucopiranosil-manitol). CosIng le asigna la función humectante.
Dónde se utiliza
Se encuentra en cremas hidratantes, sérums, mascarillas y limpiadores.
Límites de la interpretación
