About Änglamark
Änglamark is an own brand of the Nordic Coop cooperatives, created in 1991 by Coop Sverige and shared since 2006 between Sweden, Denmark and Norway. It is built around organic, environmentally friendly and allergy-friendly products backed by third-party labels such as the Nordic Swan and the EU organic logo, and in 2026 counted over 1,200 products, including foods and skin care.
Nordic sun care
Six of the 7 Änglamark products we list are sunscreens – lotions from SPF15 to SPF30, an SPF50 face cream, an SPF50 roll-on and water-resistant sprays including a kids' version – plus a repair cream. GLYCERIN, PHENOXYETHANOL and AQUA appear in all 7, and the UV filters DIETHYLAMINO HYDROXYBENZOYL HEXYL BENZOATE and ETHYLHEXYL TRIAZONE in 6, with GLYCERYL STEARATE (6) and DIETHYLHEXYL BUTAMIDO TRIAZONE (5).
None of the 7 is flagged for fragrance, silicones, parabens or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
Filter names and eco-labels
The UV filters in these products carry long chemical INCI names such as ETHYLHEXYL TRIAZONE or DIETHYLAMINO HYDROXYBENZOYL HEXYL BENZOATE; the SPF on the front tells you the tested protection level. An eco-label such as the Nordic Swan sets criteria for the whole product, which is why ingredients like fragrance are absent across this range.
