About Delia
Delia Cosmetics is a Polish cosmetics manufacturer based in Łódź, founded by Józef and Alina Szmich and celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2018; their son Karol Szmich leads the company. Its brands include Delia Cosmetics, Cameleo and Dairy Fun, and it also manufactures products for other brands; in 2018 its products reached shops in nearly 80 countries. Our entries, some with Spanish or French labels, are a retinol product, a 10% niacinamide and zinc serum, a Color & Care base coat and a Cameleo Blond Moyen 7.0 hair colour.
Skincare, nails and hair colour
Our 4 Delia products span a hair dye, nail polish and skincare. TOCOPHEROL appears in 3; TRITICUM VULGARE GERM OIL, GLYCINE SOJA OIL, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS SEED OIL, OLUS OIL, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, PHOSPHORIC ACID, CITRIC ACID and PHENOXYETHANOL in 2; and DMDM HYDANTOIN and AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE in 1 each.
Silicones are listed in 2 (50%) and fragrance in 1 (25%); none contains parabens or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
A hair dye is its own category
AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE most likely belongs to the Cameleo colour, and oxidative hair dyes carry their own warnings and patch-test instructions on the pack – read those, as the INCI list alone does not cover use. Product names like 'Niacinamida 10%' state a concentration claimed by the brand; the INCI list itself gives no percentages.
