About diadent
diadent is an own-brand oral care line of the German retail group EDEKA. In January 2026 EDEKA presented it as its new oral care own brand, replacing the former DentaMax, with 34 products including toothpastes, mouthwash, dental floss sticks and toothbrushes. Our entries, with German labels, are Zahncreme Kräuter (herbal), Zahngel Aktivkohle (charcoal), Zahngel Fluor-Fresh and Zahncreme Zahnweiss.
One toothpaste chassis
Three of our 4 diadent entries are tagged as toothpastes, and all four share a core: SODIUM SACCHARIN, SODIUM C14-16 OLEFIN SULFONATE, HYDRATED SILICA, SORBITOL, AQUA, SODIUM FLUORIDE, PROPYLENE GLYCOL and CELLULOSE GUM appear in all 4. ZINC CHLORIDE, LIMONENE, ALLANTOIN, TETRAPOTASSIUM PYROPHOSPHATE and AROMA follow in 3.
None declares fragrance (PARFUM), parabens, silicones or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
Gel or paste, herb or charcoal
The variants differ in the additions after the shared base – plant extracts such as MENTHA PIPERITA LEAF EXTRACT in two, phosphates such as PENTASODIUM TRIPHOSPHATE in two. LIMONENE appears without PARFUM because toothpaste flavour is declared as AROMA; it is listed separately as a fragrance allergen.
