About I am
I am is the own cosmetics brand of the Swiss retailer Migros. Its products have been made by Mibelle at its sites in Buchs (Aargau) and Frenkendorf (Basel-Landschaft); Mibelle was a Migros subsidiary until its sale to the Spanish company Persàn. The range includes face care such as a Q10+ day cream and body care such as Sensitive Care shower gel.
Shower gels first
Shower gels make up half of the 8 I am products we list – Lavender, Feel Good, Milk & Honey and Bloom & Citrus among them – alongside a Fresh Care shampoo, a hygienic soap and a face lotion. AQUA and PARFUM appear in all 8, GLYCERIN and SODIUM CHLORIDE in 7, and the surfactants SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE and COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE in 6.
Fragrance is declared in every formula (100%) and denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) in 2 (25%). None contains parabens or silicones.
Mood names and colourants
Products named after a mood rather than an ingredient (Feel Good, Bloom & Citrus) give no hint of their formula, so the list is the only guide. Colourants such as CI 47005, found in 4 products, give the gels their colour; refill packs may share the formula of the original bottle, which the list lets you confirm.
