Pacifica Beauty was founded in 1996 in Portland, Oregon, by Brook Harvey-Taylor and Billy Taylor and is now based in Carpinteria, California. The privately held company specialises in vegan and cruelty-free beauty products across make-up, skincare, hair care and perfume. What the ferment does on a label
LEUCONOSTOC/RADISH ROOT FERMENT FILTRATE is often used to support preservation, which is why it can sit next to classic preservatives like PHENOXYETHANOL. The themed names (hemp, coconut milk) point to featured ingredients; check where they appear in the list.
