About Resibo
Resibo is a Polish natural cosmetics brand founded by Ewelina Kwit-Betlej and co-owned with Piotr Betlej; its products have been on sale since 2014. The brand describes its formulas as vegan and biodegradable and states that they are at least 96% natural. It started with face care – a cleansing oil became its best-known product – and has since added body and hand washes such as the Misty Road, Summer Soul and After Storm lines. Resibo sells online, in its own stores in Poland and abroad.
The Resibo pattern
Washes now outnumber the face care Resibo started with: soaps and shower gels lead its 90 products in our database, with face care third. GLYCERIN (76) is the most frequent ingredient after water, followed closely by PARFUM (75), SODIUM BENZOATE (71) and CITRIC ACID (68).
Consistent with the brand's natural positioning, none of the formulas contains parabens, silicones or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.). Fragrance, however, is declared in 75 (83%).
Botanical names and scent lines
Plant oils and extracts are listed under their Latin names, such as CALENDULA OFFICINALIS FLOWER EXTRACT, and an asterisk usually refers to certified-organic ingredients explained under the list. Washes in scent lines like Misty Road, Summer Soul or After Storm can differ in their fragrance components even when the base looks the same.
