Sunkissed is a self-tanning and bronzing brand described as made in the UK. Its HydroGlow line, presented as the brand's newest launch, is a self-tan range with a vitamin C derivative, packaged in pastel, at least 30% recyclable materials and sold exclusively at Boots in the UK and Ireland.
One HydroGlow base
All 4 Sunkissed products we list belong to HydroGlow: Dark, Medium and express body mousses and a face-and-body tanning serum. They share a large common core – GLYCERIN, PARFUM, SODIUM ASCORBYL PHOSPHATE, PHENOXYETHANOL, LINALOOL, DIHYDROXYACETONE, CITRIC ACID, ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE, POLYSORBATE 20 and AQUA are in all 4.
Fragrance is declared in all 4 formulas (100%). None contains parabens, silicones or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
Guide colours in a mousse
Three of the mousses also list the blue dye CI 42090 together with other colourants – these give the foam its visible tint before the DHA tan develops. VANILLIN and COUMARIN, found in 3 products, belong to the scent; COUMARIN is one of the fragrance substances that must be named on the label.
