About Wella Professionals

Wella Professionals is the salon hair care and colour brand of the Wella Company, which traces its origins to 1880, when the hairdresser Franz Ströher founded the business in Rothenkirchen, Saxony. Headquartered in Geneva, the company has been majority-owned by the private equity firm KKR since its separation from Coty in 2020, with Coty retaining a minority stake.

Invigo, top to bottom

All 4 entries come from the Invigo salon line: the Nutri-Enrich Deep Nourishing Shampoo, a Nutri-Enrich conditioner, a Brilliance colour-protecting conditioner for fine hair and a Nutri-Enrich anti-static leave-in, some with Turkish labels. GLYCERIN, PARFUM, HEXYL CINNAMAL, CITRIC ACID, AQUA and METHYLPARABEN appear in all 4; LYCIUM BARBARUM FRUIT EXTRACT, PANTHENOL, OLEIC ACID, LACTIC ACID, STEARAMIDOPROPYL DIMETHYLAMINE and LIMONENE in 3.

Parabens and fragrance are each present in all 4 formulas (100%), and silicones in 2 (50%). None contains denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).

Goji by its Latin name

The Nutri-Enrich products feature goji berry, which appears on the label as LYCIUM BARBARUM FRUIT EXTRACT. METHYLPARABEN runs through all four Invigo formulas here, so anyone tracking parabens should look for names ending in -PARABEN; STEARAMIDOPROPYL DIMETHYLAMINE is a conditioning agent typical of rinse-off conditioners.
