Bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane

An ethoxylated silane with surfactant and conditioning properties.

What it is

Bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane is a dimethyl silane bearing two methyl-capped polyethylene glycol chains, with an average of 36 units of ethylene oxide in total. Limits of interpretation

The INCI list shows which ingredients are present, not how much of each. Above 1%, ingredients are listed in descending order of weight; below 1% the order is free.

The number 18 refers to the average length of each polyethylene glycol chain, not to the concentration in the product.
