What it is
Polyglyceryl-3 ricinoleate is the ester of ricinoleic acid, the main fatty acid of castor oil, and a polyglycerin with an average of three glycerol units. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying surfactant.
Where it is used
Used in creams, lotions, lip products and makeup.
