Sunscreens with niacinamide

Sunscreens whose ingredient list includes niacinamide, the amide form of vitamin B3; it is not a UV filter – the filters permitted in sunscreens are listed in Annex VI of the EU Cosmetics Regulation. Based on ingredient lists, the list shows presence only – the label states neither concentration nor effect.
