Co to je
p-Phenylenediamine HCl je benzen-1,4-diamin-dihydrochlorid, sůl p-fenylendiaminu (PPD), aromatického aminu používaného jako prekurzor oxidačních barviv; jako barvivo má číslo Colour Index CI 76060. CosIng jej uvádí jako složku k barvení vlasů. V EU se na něj vztahují záznamy v příloze III (látky podléhající omezením) pro oxidační barvy na vlasy a pro produkty určené k barvení řas, s povinnými varováními na etiketě.

Objevuje se ve složení malého počtu produktů.
Meze výkladu
Seznam INCI uvádí, které složky produkt obsahuje, nikoli v jakém množství. Nad 1 % se složky uvádějí v sestupném pořadí podle hmotnosti; pod 1 % je pořadí libovolné.
