About ACO
ACO is a Nordic skin care brand of ACO Hud Nordic AB, a Swedish company that develops, produces and markets facial, body, sun and medical skin care, sold largely through pharmacies; related brands include Cliniderm, Canoderm and Miniderm. In July 2025 its owner Perrigo agreed to sell ACO Hud Nordic to Karo Healthcare, subject to competition approvals. Our 5 entries include a bronze cream, a sun face cream, Kids Active sun spray and lotion SPF 50+, and Cliniderm Dual Impact.
Sun care leads
Sunscreen (3), a roll-on deodorant and a cosmetic product make up the 5 ACO entries. CANOLA OIL and TOCOPHERYL ACETATE appear in 4 each, followed by GLYCERIN, POLYGLYCERIN-3, MYRISTYL MYRISTATE and the UV filters ETHYLHEXYL TRIAZONE and BIS-ETHYLHEXYLOXYPHENOL METHOXYPHENYL TRIAZINE in 3.
Fragrance, silicones and denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) each appear in 1 formula (20%); none contains parabens.
Finding the UV filters
Sun filters are listed by INCI name among the other ingredients: ETHYLHEXYL TRIAZONE and BIS-ETHYLHEXYLOXYPHENOL METHOXYPHENYL TRIAZINE are two of them. The kids' spray and lotion share a line name but differ in format, so compare the two lists before switching.
