About Flormar

Flormar is a Turkish make-up brand and a leading make-up name in its home market, known for affordable nail polishes, pencils and lipsticks. Groupe Rocher, owner of Yves Rocher, bought a majority stake in 2012 and full ownership in 2021. In July 2024 Groupe Rocher agreed to sell Flormar to a consortium of three Turkish investors.

What goes into Flormar make-up

Flormar's 21 products in INCIMondo are make-up, nail polish and lip care – the affordable colour cosmetics it is known for. MICA, a mineral that adds shimmer and slip, is the most frequent ingredient after water, followed by SILICA, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, BUTYLENE GLYCOL and the iron oxide pigment CI 77491.

Fragrance ingredients appear in 8 of the 21 formulas (38%), silicones in 4 (19%) and parabens in 1 (5%). None lists denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).

Shade by shade

In Flormar's colour products, pigments such as CI 77491 often follow a “+/-” or “may contain” sign. That part of the list covers the whole shade range, so it does not tell you exactly which colourants are in one particular shade. Formulas also get updated, so trust the pack over older product information.
