About Soraya

Soraya is a Polish skin care brand founded in 1983 by Jolanta Zwolińska, who later also created Dermika. Since 2000 the brand has belonged to the Swedish company Cederroth AB, which in 2010 also acquired Dermika, bringing both brands under the same owner. The range focuses on face care – day and night creams, cleansing gels, toners and serums – organised into lines such as Kolagen Elastyna, Care Control and Glam Oils, plus a men's line.

Typical Soraya formulas

Face care dominates the 172 Soraya products we list: face creams come first, followed by facial cleansers and toners, in line with lines such as Kolagen Elastyna, Care Control and Glam Oils.

After water, GLYCERIN (149) is the most frequent ingredient, ahead of PHENOXYETHANOL (144), PARFUM (142) and CAPRYLYL GLYCOL (114). Fragrance appears in 143 formulas (83%), silicones in 60 (35%) and parabens in 38 (22%); denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) is absent from all of them.

Checking a Soraya cream

Parabens are found in a noticeable minority of the range, so check each product: they are listed by names ending in -PARABEN, such as METHYLPARABEN or PROPYLPARABEN. Two creams from the same line can differ, and formulas are updated, so the list on the pack you buy is the one to trust.
