About trend !t up
trend !t up is the colour cosmetics brand of dm-drogerie markt, the drugstore chain founded by Götz Werner in Karlsruhe in 1973 and now present in more than a dozen European countries. The brand also serves as the umbrella for dm's 183 Days line, whose range is replaced every six months. The 381 products in our database are almost entirely make-up, with many shades of the same product recorded as separate entries.
Pigments first
Almost everything among the 381 trend !t up entries is make-up, and many are shades of the same product, so the ingredient ranking reads like a colour chart: the iron oxides CI 77499 (227) and CI 77491 (215) lead, followed by titanium dioxide CI 77891 (214) and TOCOPHEROL (182).
Fragrance is the exception here – only 41 formulas (11%) declare it. Silicones appear in 86 products (23%) and denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) in 22 (6%); none contains parabens.
Shade by shade
In colour cosmetics a block marked '+/-' or 'may contain' lists every pigment used across the shade range, not necessarily the ones in your shade – CI 77891 is titanium dioxide, CI 77491, 77492 and 77499 are iron oxides. With 183 Days collections replaced every six months, compare the list on the exact shade you buy rather than an earlier one.
