What it is
PEG-90 glyceryl isostearate is an ester of isostearic acid with glycerin that has been ethoxylated with an average of 90 ethylene oxide units. CosIng lists it as a cleansing agent.
Where it is used
Found in facial cleansers, cleansing gels, micellar waters and makeup removers.
