About Ecocera

Ecocera is a Polish cosmetics brand that presents itself as natural, with formulas built mainly on plant-based ingredients. It is best known for loose and pressed powders based on ingredients such as bamboo or rice, and its range also includes bronzers, blushes, highlighting powders, dry shampoos and make-up accessories. Some products are labelled vegan.

Powder formulas in focus

Ecocera's 100 entries in INCIMondo are make-up and dry shampoos, and the ingredient ranking reflects its focus on powders: the pigments CI 77891 and CI 77491, the preservative PHENOXYETHANOL, TALC – a mineral powder used as a filler and for a matte finish – and ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN.

Three groups are absent from all 100 formulas: parabens, silicones and denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.). Fragrance ingredients appear in 36 (36%).

Reading Ecocera labels

Shade ranges are usually covered by a single “+/-” or “may contain” block listing pigments such as CI 77891 (titanium dioxide) and CI 77491 (an iron oxide). If plant-based ingredients such as bamboo or rice matter to you, look for them by their INCI names in the list rather than relying on the front of the pack.
