Our review
An inexpensive, fragrance-free lash and brow conditioning serum built on water, glycerin, panthenol and a peptide complex rather than a prostaglandin analogue. Ratings are good, but there are few written opinions and expectations should stay realistic.
Packaging and what the product is
The photo on catrice.eu shows a slim white tube with a mint-green cap section; the tube is printed “Super Boost Lash & Brow Serum” and “for fuller, longer, stronger looking lashes & brows”. Catrice describes a brush applicator for the lash line and brows and suggests leaving it on overnight. Retailers list it at 6 ml.
Ingredient analysis
The base is simple: water, propanediol and glycerin as humectants, panthenol (provitamin B5) fourth and sodium hyaluronate fifth, thickened with carbomer. The ingredients behind the marketing claim come after the preservative booster: Tilia tomentosa (silver lime) extract and biotinoyl tripeptide-1 – the pair sold by Sederma as Widelash, which Catrice names in its description.
Preservation relies on phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, with ethylhexylglycerin and sodium phytate as helpers. There is no parfum and no prostaglandin analogue in the list, which sets it apart from stronger (and more irritation-prone) lash serums.
What to watch out for
The formula contains no labelled fragrance allergens, which is sensible for the eye area. Phenoxyethanol, sorbate and benzoate are permitted, regulated preservatives; very sensitive eyes can still react to any product applied at the lash line. Keep it off the eye surface and stop if redness or stinging appears.
What users say
Written opinions are scarce. On Boozyshop the serum has 4.3/5 from 3 reviews (checked 31 Oct 2026): two buyers say their lashes became or stayed noticeably long and that it suits sensitive skin, while the third rated it a neutral 3/5 without detail. testberichte.de shows 4.2/5 from 293 ratings, all sourced from Amazon.de (checked 31 Oct 2026), but gives no review text, so the reasons behind the scores cannot be assessed here.
Who it may suit
People who want a cheap, gentle conditioning step for lashes and brows and prefer to avoid prostaglandin-type actives. Anyone hoping for dramatic growth should treat the claims with caution, given the modest number of detailed reviews.
