Our review
A fragrance-free leave-on exfoliating gel serum with 10% mandelic acid and 2% salicylic acid, plus niacinamide, for blackheads and blemish-prone skin. Wizaż reviewers rate it very highly for smoother skin and fewer breakouts; they also warn that it is sticky at first and should be introduced slowly.

Packaging and what the product is
The image from mohani.pl shows a 30 ml white airless pump bottle with a pale-green label: “kwas migdałowy 10%, kwas salicylowy 2% – serum do twarzy – na zaskórniki otwarte i zamknięte” (for open and closed comedones), part of the Mohani Derm line, beside a “Kosmetyczna Marka Roku 2025” badge. Older reviews describe an earlier amber glass bottle with a pipette; the current pack is airless.
Ingredient analysis
Mandelic Acid is third, right after water and propanediol, matching the declared 10%. It is an alpha-hydroxy acid with a larger molecule than glycolic acid, so it tends to penetrate more slowly. Potassium lactate buffers the pH, and caprylyl/capryl glucoside helps solubilise. Niacinamide comes before Salicylic Acid (seventh, declared at 2%), an oil-soluble beta-hydroxy acid that works inside pores.
Glycerin, sea water, peach leaf, apple and raspberry extracts and sodium hyaluronate add moisture; C13-15 alkane improves the feel, and hydroxyethylcellulose makes the gel. Sodium benzoate is the only preservative, which works well at the low pH of an acid serum. There is no fragrance.
What to watch out for
Salicylic acid is regulated in the EU (Annex III): 2% is the maximum for leave-on products other than body lotions and a few make-up categories, and it must not be used in products for children under three (except shampoos). Combined acids can sting, redden and dry, and AHAs increase sun sensitivity, so daily sunscreen is advisable. Avoid stacking it with other strong exfoliants or retinoids on the same night. People allergic to aspirin/salicylates should be cautious.
What users say
On Wizaż the serum averages 4.9/5 from 10 ratings, with 100% saying they would buy again (checked 30 Oct 2026). Reviewers with oily, combination, acne-prone and even sensitive skin report fewer blemishes and blackheads, smoother and brighter-looking skin, a gel that spreads easily and lasts long, and a neutral scent.
Practical caveats repeat across reviews: it feels sticky or looks slightly greasy until absorbed, one person noticed a metallic smell and a bitter taste if it reaches the lips, and two describe redness or dry patches when they started with daily use or left too much on – most settle on two or three evenings a week. Availability was described as mainly online.
Who it may suit
Oily, combination or blemish-prone skin with clogged pores that already tolerates acids or is willing to start slowly. Not a good match for very dry or compromised skin, or for routines already full of other strong actives.
