About Bielenda

Bielenda is a Polish cosmetics company founded in 1990 by Barbara Bielenda and based in Kraków, with MIMI Group listed as its parent company. Its range covers face, body and hair care – creams, masks, scrubs, balms, slimming products, sun care, hairstyling products and aromatherapy bath oils – for both consumers and professionals.

Oils and butters

The 6 Bielenda products we list, mostly from manufacturer information, lean towards oils and butters: a precious argan oil 3-in-1 for body, face and hair, Luxury Body Oils with avocado, argan and jojoba, Bronzing Coco body balm and butter, a Lash & Brow LAB serum and a hair removal cream. PARFUM appears in 5; LINALOOL, AQUA and TOCOPHEROL in 4; and LIMONENE, GLYCINE SOJA OIL, VEGETABLE OIL, ASCORBYL PALMITATE, SQUALENE and BETA-SITOSTEROL in 3.

Fragrance is declared in 5 formulas (83%). None contains parabens, silicones or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).

Oils without water

Body oils such as the argan 3-in-1 contain no water, so their lists start with plant oils under Latin names – ARGANIA SPINOSA, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (avocado), SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (jojoba). A bronzing balm may contain colourants or a tanning agent, so compare it with other bronzing products rather than with plain body butters.
