The quoted photo identifies it as Eucerin Aquaphor SOS Lip Balm: a 10 ml white squeeze tube with a dark-blue cap in a cardboard-backed blister, labelled for dry, cracked lips. The tube with a slanted tip lets you apply a thin layer directly, without fingers.

Ingredient analysis

The base is built from emollients and occlusive-type lipids: octyldodecanol, C18-38 alkyl hydroxystearoyl stearate, castor oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, hydrogenated castor oil and beeswax. Together they form a protective layer that reduces water loss from the lips.
