A two-portion sachet mask from Rossmann’s Isana line, marketed as anti-ageing but formulated as a simple rich moisturising cream with sunflower oil, shea butter and glycerin. Users mostly enjoy it as a cheap pampering step; nobody should expect specific anti-wrinkle actives.

Packaging and what the product is

We could not access an official product page, so no photo is cited. Reviewers describe a small two-compartment sachet – one half for each use, or face plus neck and décolleté – containing a light, white cream with a subtle scent. The German name is Faltenmaske; it is applied, left on and the excess removed or massaged in.

Ingredient analysis

The formula is a straightforward emulsion: water, glycerin, decyl oleate, hydrogenated vegetable glycerides, sunflower oil and shea butter, emulsified with cetearyl alcohol, potassium cetyl phosphate and glyceryl stearate. Sunflower seed oil unsaponifiables and tocopheryl acetate are the most ‘active’ entries. There are no retinoids, peptides, acids or antioxidant vitamins beyond vitamin E acetate – the anti-ageing claim rests on moisturising. Sodium benzoate and phenoxyethanol preserve it.

What to watch out for

It contains parfum without individually listed allergens. Hydrogenated palm glycerides citrate is palm-derived, relevant to those who avoid palm ingredients. Single-use sachets generate more packaging per use, a point one reviewer raised. Otherwise there is nothing restricted or notable.

Positive reviewers like the easy application, pleasant subtle scent, very low price and skin that feels soft, smooth and moisturised afterwards; one splits it between face and neck. Others found the effect short-lived or saw no smoothing at all, and one gave it 1/5 for having no effect. Opinions are relatively few.

People who want an inexpensive, occasional moisturising mask for dry or normal skin. Those looking for targeted anti-ageing ingredients, or who avoid fragrance, will find little here.
