A creamy 30 ml night serum with 0.25% retinol in an emollient base, plus several forms of hyaluronic acid, panthenol and a bouquet of flower extracts. It is widely recommended as an entry-level retinol at a low price; reviewers report smoother skin and few irritation problems, though the floral extracts and rose oil add potential allergens.

Ingredient analysis

The base is water, propanediol and glycerin with coco-caprylate/caprate, mango seed butter and soybean oil, emulsified with polyglyceryl-3 distearate and cetearyl alcohol. Retinol sits in the first third of the list, matching the declared 0.25%. Panthenol, four forms of hyaluronic acid, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, tocopherol and hydrolysed glycosaminoglycans support it. What to watch out for

Retinol can cause dryness, redness and peeling, especially at the start; use it in the evening, introduce it gradually and use daily sunscreen.
